Key Responsibilities:

Help the growth of the existing regional Heart Failure program.

Provide comprehensive care for patients with acute and chronic heart failure across the continuum of disease.

Focus on early identification, intervention, and disease prevention strategies to reduce heart failure progression and hospitalizations.

Collaborate closely with general cardiologists, interventional cardiologists, electrophysiologists, primary care providers, and multidisciplinary teams.

Utilize advanced multimodality cardiovascular imaging to support diagnosis, risk stratification, and management decisions.

Partner with established advanced heart failure centers to facilitate seamless referral for patients requiring LVAD, transplant evaluation, or other advanced therapies.

Expand community outreach, education, and referral relationships to increase access to high-quality heart failure care throughout the region.

This opportunity is ideal for a physician passionate about program expansion, evidence-based heart failure management, population health, and delivering exceptional cardiovascular care.
