Summary

We’re looking for a hands-on, skilled Maintenance Technician to keep our manufacturing operation running at its best. You’ll handle everything from equipment repairs to facility upkeep and preventative maintenance, ensuring production never skips a beat.

Responsibilities

• •Maintain and repair diesel-powered manufacturing equipment, hydraulic systems, and facility infrastructure
• •Perform scheduled preventative maintenance to avoid downtime
• •Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and diesel-related issues
• •Replace, repair, or calibrate components to keep equipment at peak performance
• •Conduct general facility maintenance including lighting, HVAC support, minor plumbing, painting, and basic building repairs
• •Keep detailed records of maintenance work and repairs
• •Use hand tools, diagnostic equipment, and measuring instruments safely and effectively
• •Interpret manuals, schematics, blueprints, and layouts to guide maintenance tasks
• •Support continuous improvement by identifying potential equipment or facility upgrades
• •Follow all safety protocols and assist in training junior maintenance team members
• •Be available for Saturday work as needed

Requirements

• •High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred
• •3+ years of experience in diesel engines, hydraulics, and facility maintenance
• •Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical and facility systems
• •Ability to read technical documents, diagrams, and schematics
• •Familiar with safety practices in an industrial or manufacturing setting
• •Able to lift up to 50 lbs., climb ladders, and work in tight or elevated spaces
• •Must complete and pass all ATMI Safety Training Programs (Lock-Out Tag-Out, Working from Heights, Confined Space, Forklift Operation, Manlift Operation)
• •Ability to complete crane inspections
• •Must pass pre-employment drug screening

Preferred Skills

• •Welding and fabrication experience
• •Basic electrical or PLC troubleshooting knowledge
• •Certifications in diesel, hydraulic, HVAC, or facility maintenance
