Role: Workshop Technician

• Location: Specialized Ireland, Dublin
• Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week

As a Workshop Technician, you’ll be an important part of our store team — supporting riders, solving technical challenges, and ensuring every bike leaves our workshop performing at its best. You don’t need to know everything on day one; if you bring motivation, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn, we’ll help you grow your expertise.

What You’ll Do

• •Provide friendly, knowledgeable support to riders in store, online, and by phone
• •Build, safety‑check, and prepare bikes for display or collection
• •Diagnose and repair bikes with care and accuracy
• •Manage warranty processes, deliveries, and stock transfers
• •Maintain workshop organisation, cleanliness, and safety
• •Support stock checks and record‑keeping
• •Contribute to a positive, respectful team environment
• •Collaborate with the wider store team as needed
