Mechanic/Millwright

What You Will Do:

• •Conducts field service calls as required
• •Provide mechanical services in both field and shop environments
• •Provides professional and timely service
• •Disassembles, cleans, inspects, and rebuilds equipment
• •Assists in troubleshooting and failure analysis
• •Performs component testing
• •Completes field service reports
• •Maintains and repairs equipment, tools and company vehicles

Pre-Employment Requirements:

• •Drug and alcohol testing
• •Fitness-to-work testing
• •Drivers’ abstract

Position Details:

• •Working at the Lloydminster facility, customer sites, remote locations
• •Permanent
• •Full-time
• •Mainly working day shift operations, with overtime as required
• •Weekend or night shift on-call rotations

Minimum Qualifications:

• •Minimum 2 years’ experience working with mechanical assembly and service
• •Experience with natural gas engines, wellheads, and compressors is an asset
• •Strong understanding of engine and compressor performance and operations
• •Experience working with machinery and power tools
• •Class 5 driver’s license with a clean record

Preferred Qualifications:

• •Ability to read blueprints
• •Journeyperson mechanic/millwright ticket an asset
