The Position:

We are actively seeking a mechanical designer to join our growing location in Edmonton, Alberta.

What Will You Be Doing?

Provide the coordination, verification, and design of mechanical building systems in various sectors (multi-family residential, commercial, industrial).

Design mechanical building systems.

Work closely with engineers to provide solutions tailored to clients’ needs.

Understand and implement personal and company safety by adhering to all safety protocols.

Assist in preparing, calculating, engineering, and designing drawings and specifications.

Supervise, monitor, and inspect mechanical installations and construction projects.

What You Bring:

A Diploma/ Degree in mechanical engineering, design, or technology.

Minimum 5 years of experience designing mechanical systems for commercial, institutional, low‑ and high‑rise buildings, and multi‑family residential projects.

Knowledge of mechanical building systems design.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and Revit.

Strong working knowledge of applicable building codes, standards, and best practices.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines.

Excellent interpersonal skills.

A natural self-starter with the ability to prioritize, self-schedule, and work with colleagues from various departments, market sectors, and locations.

Fluency in English (spoken and written).
