You as a M&E Project Manager will:

• •Plan the mechanical and electrical components of a construction project and ensure applicable activities fit within the overall project framework
• •Chair project M&E meetings, determining the status of the job in terms of scheduling and costing and solve complex technical issues
• •Monitor a project’s material and labour costs for mechanical and electrical components and assure accurate quality reporting is being conducted
• •Manage project commissioning team to provide a record of systems performance
• •Prepare and implement training programs to ensure successful transition from the construction team to facility management

Is this the right role for you?

• •You have an Engineering/Mechanical degree or equivalent combination of technical training
• •Mechanical or Electrical Design experience considered an asset
• •Experienced in the management of the projects end to end i.e. scope development, spec development, tendering review and evaluation, managing contractor installation, quality review, project closeout, etc.
• •You have 5 - 7 years of experience in Mechanical and Electrical functions
