Job Description/Preferred Qualifications

Design precision components, modules, and subsystems, with a focus on mechanical design.

Responsibilities:

• •Drive product requirements definition and specification.
• •Conduct feasibility studies and evaluate technical solutions.
• •Support project cost estimation and scheduling activities.
• •Develop conceptual and detailed designs, including detailed drawings using 3D CAD tools (Creo/ProE).
• •Perform tolerance stack-up analyses and apply GD&T methodologies.
• •Conduct and support engineering analyses, including thermal, vibration, fluid, and FEA simulations (advantage).
• •Lead and participate in design reviews throughout the development process.
• •Procure prototype parts and support vendor interactions.
• •Assemble, integrate, and test prototypes and subsystems.
• •Support system integration, verification, and validation activities.
• •Develop assembly and test procedures.
• •Release engineering documentation and transfer designs to manufacturing.

Minimum Qualifications

B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering.

At least 3 years of experience in mechanical design.

Experience with various manufacturing and fabrication methods, motion system design, and DFX principles.

Experience working on multidisciplinary systems.

Strong understanding of GD&T and tolerance analysis.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
