Informazioni sulla sede/divisione
Questa posizione è basata presso il sito produttivo Pharma Services Group di Monza e supporta le attività della nuova Area Sterile 7, dedicata alla produzione sterile di farmaci iniettabili. La risorsa entrerà a far parte di un team di manutenzione altamente specializzato, responsabile dell'affidabilità e delle prestazioni delle apparecchiature critiche utilizzate nei processi di riempimento asettico e produzione sterile.

Contribuirai in modo diretto alla continuità operativa delle linee produttive sterili, garantendo che le apparecchiature funzionino in modo sicuro, affidabile e conforme ai requisiti normativi. Attraverso attività di manutenzione preventiva, correttiva e migliorativa, supporterai la produzione di farmaci di alta qualità destinati ai pazienti di tutto il mondo.
Una giornata tipo
Eseguire attività di manutenzione preventiva, correttiva e predittiva su macchine di riempimento, isolatori, sistemi di tappatura, trasportatori, autoclavi e impianti di lavaggio.
Diagnosticare guasti meccanici, individuare le cause radice e implementare azioni correttive per ridurre i tempi di fermo impianto e migliorare l'affidabilità delle apparecchiature.
Operare in ambienti sterili nel rispetto delle normative GMP, GDP ed EHS, collaborando con i team di Produzione, Ingegneria, Qualità e Validation.
Supportare attività di installazione, commissioning e qualifica di nuove apparecchiature e partecipare a iniziative di miglioramento continuo.
Formazione
- Diploma di scuola secondaria superiore o titolo equivalente.
- Preferenziale : Diploma tecnico o certificazione in Meccanica, Meccatronica, Manutenzione Industriale o discipline affini.
Esperienza
- Almeno 2 anni di esperienza in contesti produttivi, manutentivi o industriali.
- Preferenziale : esperienza in ambienti farmaceutici regolamentati secondo standard cGMP.
- Preferenziale : esperienza in clean room o ambienti asettici.
- Preferenziale : sperienza su sistemi meccanici o elettromeccanici complessi, inclusi impianti pneumatici e idraulici.
Conoscenze, competenze e capacità
Solide capacità di troubleshooting meccanico e lettura di disegni tecnici, manuali e P&ID.
Conoscenza di pompe, attuatori, sistemi pneumatici e idraulici, apparecchiature rotanti e sistemi meccanici industriali.
Capacità di lavorare in team e di gestire le priorità in un ambiente produttivo dinamico e altamente regolamentato.
Forte orientamento alla sicurezza, alla qualità, alla conformità e al miglioramento continuo.
Attenzione ai dettagli e approccio strutturato alla risoluzione dei problemi.
Requisiti fisici e ambiente di lavoro
Disponibilità a lavorare per periodi prolungati indossando abbigliamento sterile e dispositivi di protezione individuale (DPI).
Capacità di svolgere attività manuali che includono il sollevamento di carichi fino a 18 kg, piegamenti, allungamenti e utilizzo di utensili e attrezzature.
Disponibilità a lavorare su turni e, dopo una fase iniziale, a garantire supporto alle attività produttive a ciclo continuo (3x7 con shift 6/4).
Attività svolta prevalentemente in ambienti controllati e clean room.

Location/Division Specific Information
This position is based at the Monza Pharma Services Group manufacturing site and supports operations within the newly built Sterile Area 7, dedicated to the sterile production of injectable drug products. The successful candidate will join a highly specialized maintenance team responsible for ensuring the reliability and performance of critical equipment used in aseptic filling and sterile manufacturing processes.
How Will You Make an Impact?
You will contribute directly to the operational continuity of sterile manufacturing lines, ensuring that equipment operates safely, reliably, and in compliance with regulatory requirements. Through preventive, corrective, and improvement-focused maintenance activities, you will support the production of high-quality medicines for patients around the world.
A Day in the Life
Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities on filling machines, isolators, capping systems, conveyors, autoclaves, and washing equipment.
Troubleshoot mechanical failures, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to reduce downtime and improve equipment reliability.
Work in sterile manufacturing environments in compliance with GMP, GDP, and EHS requirements while collaborating with Production, Engineering, Quality, and Validation teams.
Support the installation, commissioning, and qualification of new equipment and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
Education
- High School Diploma, Secondary Education, Advanced Certificate, or equivalent.
- Preferred : Technical diploma or certification in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field.
Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in manufacturing, maintenance, industrial operations, or a related technical environment.
- Preferred : Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing environments operating under cGMP regulations.
- Preferred : Experience working in cleanroom or aseptic manufacturing environments.
- Preferred : Experience maintaining complex mechanical or electromechanical systems, including pneumatic and hydraulic equipment.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills and the ability to interpret technical drawings, equipment manuals, and P&IDs.
Knowledge of pumps, actuators, pneumatic and hydraulic systems, rotating equipment, and industrial mechanical systems.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage priorities within a dynamic, highly regulated manufacturing setting.
Strong commitment to safety, quality, compliance, and continuous improvement.
Excellent attention to detail and a structured approach to problem-solving.
