Job Responsibilities

• •Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on mechanical equipment and systems
• •Troubleshoot and repair pumps, compressors, conveyors, gearboxes, valves, piping systems, and other mechanical components
• •Inspect equipment for wear, misalignment, vibration, leaks, and other mechanical issues
• •Disassemble, repair, replace, and reassemble mechanical parts and assemblies
• •Read and interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, manuals, and work orders
• •Use precision measuring instruments and maintenance tools to complete repairs accurately
• •Support equipment installation, commissioning, and startup activities
• •Maintain accurate maintenance records, parts usage, and work order documentation
• •Follow all plant safety rules, lockout/tagout procedures, and environmental requirements
• •Coordinate with operations, engineering, and other maintenance team members to resolve equipment issues
• •Identify opportunities for equipment reliability and continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• •Diploma Mechanical /Mechatronics
• •Technical training, apprenticeship, or vocational certification in mechanical maintenance or related field preferred
• •Experience in industrial, manufacturing, plant, or facility maintenance
• •Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills
• •Ability to read and interpret technical documents and schematics
• •Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices and mechanical systems
• •Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment safely
• •Basic computer skills for work orders and maintenance systems
• •Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

• •2+ years of mechanical maintenance experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment
• •Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• •Familiarity with CMMS or maintenance management systems
• •Welding, machining, or fabrication experience is a plus
• •Experience with alignment, bearings, seals, and rotating equipment

Physical Requirements

• •Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, kneel, and lift materials or tools as needed
• •Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
• •Ability to work in industrial environments, including exposure to noise, heat, dust, and moving equipment
• •Ability to work at heights or in confined spaces as required

Work Schedule

• •Hourly, non-exempt position
• •May require overtime, weekends, holidays, or call-in support based on operational needs
