Mechanical Supply Chain Project Manager

Key Responsibilities ：

-Project Management

• •Lead mechanical parts development from RFQ → PPAP → mass production. Need to follow up sample validation, trial production, mass production transfer, etc.
• •Make and drive project timeline, milestone plan, track progress, identify risks and propose mitigation actions.
• •Manage supplier project coordination, communicate delivery, quality, cost and technical issues with overseas / domestic suppliers.

-Engineering Collaboration

• •Understand mechanical drawings, GD&T, BOM, manufacturing feasibility
• •Collaborate with R&D, tooling, ME, and QA teams

-Supplier Management

• •Work with machining, stamping, die‑casting, injection molding suppliers
• •Evaluate supplier capability and capacity
• •Support supplier root‑cause analysis and improvement actions

-Cost / Quality / Delivery

• •Drive cost optimization initiatives (VA/VE)
• •Ensure quality standards and PPAP documentation
• •Monitor material availability and risk mitigation

Required Skills & Qualifications

-Technical Background

• •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or similar
• •3–7 years experience in mechanical component development or supply chain
• •Strong understanding of mechanical parts processes:
• •CNC machining
• •Stamping
• •Die casting
• •Injection molding
• •Surface treatments

-Project Management Skills

• •PMP certification is a plus
• •Experience leading cross-functional teams
• •Risk management and mitigation

-Soft Skills

• •Strong communication
• •Stakeholder management abilities
• •Analytical thinking and structured problem-solving

-Language Requirement

• •Fluent in written and spoken English
• •Able to communicate with global customers, overseas suppliers and cross-border teams independently
• •Can conduct English meetings, write English project reports, emails and meeting minutes
