AX Automation Services GmbH ist ein Projektdienstleister für den Sondermaschinen- und Anlagenbau. Wir bilden dabei jeden Schritt der Wertschöpfungskette des Maschinenbaus als Dienstleistung ab und spielen für unsere Kunden eine wichtige Rolle auf dem Weg hin zu Flexibilität und Kosteneffizienz.

Ihre Aufgaben

Als Mechaniker (m/w/d) im Sondermaschinen- und Anlagenbau sind Sie für die Installation, Inbetriebnahme und Wartung von Maschinen und Anlagen unterschiedlicher Branchen verantwortlich.

Zu Ihren Hauptaufgaben zählen:

  • Montage von Baugruppen, Komponenten, Stationen nach technischen Zeichnungen und Plänen
  • Inbetriebnahme und Feineinstellung von Maschinen und Anlagen
  • Fehlerdiagnose und Störungsbeseitigung vor Ort
  • Durchführung von Wartungsarbeiten
  • Dokumentation der Arbeitsschritte sowie Erstellung von Berichten zur Qualitätssicherung

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Mechaniker, Industriemechaniker oder vergleichbare technische Ausbildung
  • Berufserfahrung im Sondermaschinen- und Anlagenbau von Vorteil
  • Kenntnisse in der in der Montage von mechanischen Komponenten (optional Pneumatik, Hydraulik)
  • Ausgeprägte Problemlösungsfähigkeit und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Höchste Reisebereitschaft und Flexibilität (80-100 %), internationale Reiseerfahrung wünschenswert
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Führerschein der Klasse B
