  • Sie verbinden technisches Know-how mit Servicekompetenz - und sorgen für eine professionelle, transparente und effiziente Abwicklung von Reparaturaufträgen.
  • KONKRET BEDEUTET DAS:
  • Annahme von Reparaturaufträgen und Abwicklung
  • Eigenständige Abwicklung von Versicherungsfällen in Abstimmung mit Sachverständigen
  • Erstellung von Kostenvoranschlägen und transparente Erläuterung von Reparatur- und Serviceleistungen
  • Qualitätskontrolle der fertiggestellten Fahrzeuge
  • Aktive Kundenbetreuung und nachhaltige Kundenbindung
  • Sicherstellung höchster Kundenzufriedenheit
  • DAS PROFIL
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im KFZ-Bereich
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Service- und Kundenbereich
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Fahrzeugtechnik
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Hohe Kundenorientierung und professionelles Auftreten
  • Selbstständige Arbeitsweise und Teamfähigkeit
  • Führerschein der Klasse B

  • Einschulung durch erfahrene Kolleg:innen
