Ihre Aufgaben als Mechaniker:

  • Erstellung, Optimierung und Pflege von CNC-Programmen mittels CAM-Software
  • Programmierung und Simulation von 3- und 5-Achs-Fräsbearbeitungen
  • Umsetzung von technischen Zeichnungen, CAD-Daten und Arbeitsplänen in
  • fertigungsgerechte CAM-Programme
  • Anpassung und Optimierung bestehender Programme hinsichtlich Laufzeit, Qualität und
  • Werkzeugstandzeiten
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Arbeitsvorbereitung, Fertigung und Qualitätssicherung

Das Profil bringen Sie mit:

  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (z. B. Zerspanungsmechaniker, Industriemechaniker,
  • Werkzeugmechaniker) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mind. 2-3 Jahre Erfahrung in der CAM-Programmierung
  • Fundierte Praxis im 3- bis 5-Achs-Fräsen (z.B. Hermle, Grob, DMG)
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Erfahrung mit gängiger CAM-Software wünschenswert (z. B. COSCOM, Siemens NX, Mastercam, HyperMill o. Ä.) wünschenswert
  • Erfahrung mit Vericut wünschenswert
  • Erfahrung in der Einzelteil- oder Kleinserienfertigung wünschenswert
  • Gute Kenntnisse in der Steuerung Sinumerik 840D wünschenswert
