Du möchtest innovative Sondermaschinen entwickeln und komplexe Mikromontageprozesse technisch mitgestalten? Als Mechanischer Konstrukteur Sondermaschinenbau / Mikromontageanlagen (all genders) arbeitest du an kundenspezifischen Hightech-Anlagen von der ersten Idee bis zur erfolgreichen Inbetriebnahme. Dabei bringst du deine Konstruktionsexpertise in anspruchsvolle Entwicklungsprojekte ein und arbeitest eng mit interdisziplinären Teams sowie internationalen Kunden zusammen.

  • Du entwirfst und konstruierst kundenspezifische Sondermaschinen, Baugruppen und Komplettsysteme für die Mikromontage.
  • Du entwickelst bestehende Anlagen weiter und erarbeitest innovative Lösungen für komplexe Montageprozesse.
  • Du legst mechanische Systeme aus und bewertest technische Konzepte.
  • Du erstellst 2D- und 3D-Konstruktionsdaten, Stücklisten sowie technische Dokumentationen.
  • Du begleitest Maschinen während der Montage, Inbetriebnahme und Endabnahme.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit internen Fachbereichen zusammen und unterstützt technische Projektbesprechungen.
  • Du stehst im Austausch mit nationalen und internationalen Kunden.
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Maschinenbau oder eine Weiterbildung zum Techniker mit Schwerpunkt Maschinenbau
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Konstruktion von Sondermaschinen oder komplexen technischen Anlagen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit gängiger CAD-Software und PDM-Systemen, idealerweise SolidWorks und Onshape
  • Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mindestens B2)

Optional:

  • Erfahrung im Bereich Mikromontage, Automatisierungstechnik oder Präzisionsmaschinenbau
  • Kenntnisse in Pneumatik, Elektrotechnik, Antriebstechnik oder Automatisierung
  • Grundlagen in FEM-Berechnungen und thermischen Simulationen
  • Erfahrung mit FMEA-Methoden
  • Kenntnisse relevanter Maschinensicherheitsnormen, z. B. EN ISO 12100
