  • Entwicklung und kontinuierliche Anpassung umfassender Projekt- und Ablaufpläne
  • Überwachung des Projektfortschritts sowie Aufbereitung relevanter Reports und Auswertungen
  • Terminplanung und Projektsteuerung mittels Primavera P6 und/oder Microsoft Project
  • Aufbereitung von S-Curves für Fortschrittsvergleiche und Prognosen
  • Kontinuierliche Fortschrittskontrolle und Bewertung von Planabweichungen
  • Frühzeitiges Erkennen von Terminrisiken, Engpässen und Abhängigkeiten sowie Erarbeitung geeigneter Maßnahmen
  • Enge Koordination mit Projektmanagement, Engineering und weiteren Fachdisziplinen
  • Organisation und Moderation von Terminplanungs- und Fortschrittsbesprechungen
  • IHR PROFIL
  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (HTL, FH, Universität oder vergleichbar), bevorzugt in Maschinenbau, Anlagenbau oder einem verwandten Bereich
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Projekt- oder Terminplanung, idealerweise bei Industrie-, Anlagen- oder Bauprojekten
  • Fundierte Anwenderkenntnisse in Primavera P6 und/oder MS Project
  • Praxis in der Arbeit mit S-Curves, Fortschrittsbewertungen und Terminabweichungsanalysen
  • Gutes Verständnis für komplexe technische Projektstrukturen, Abläufe und Schnittstellen
  • Erfahrung in interdisziplinären oder Matrix-Projektorganisationen von Vorteil
  • Fundierte Englischkenntnisse, Deutschkenntnisse von Vorteil
