Aufgaben:

  • Disziplinäre Leitung des Department Engineering Operations
  • Planung und Steuerung der globalen Engineering Ressourcen
  • Entwicklung und Weiterentwicklung von Konstruktionsstandards und Richtlinien
  • Optimierung und Standardisierung von Engineering Prozessen
  • Aufbau und Entwicklung internationaler Konstruktionsteams
  • Einführung neuer Prozesse, Standards und Tools im Engineering
  • Steuerung von Kennzahlen, Risiken und standortübergreifender Zusammenarbeit

Anforderungsprofil:

  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (HTL/ FH /Uni) im Bereich Maschinenbau, Mechatronik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbare Ausbildungen
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Konstruktion von Maschinen oder Anlagen, idealerweise Erfahrung in einem international aufgestellten Engineering Umfeld
  • Erfahrung in der fachlichen und/oder disziplinarischen Führung von Mitarbeitenden sowie in der standortübergreifenden Zusammenarbeit
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in globalen Rollout-, Transformations- und Optimierungsprojekten
  • Entsprechende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Kommunikations- und Moderationsfähigkeit sowie Führungs- und Coaching Kompetenz
