In der Produktion Wipes & Diapers sind ab Sofort mehrere Positionen als Mechatroniker/-in zu besetzen.

Die Einstufung erfolgt in E6. Die Arbeit erfolgt im vollkontinuierlichen Schichtrhythmus, derzeit 4-Team-Modell.

AUFGABENBESCHREIBUNG:

  • Anwendung und Umsetzung aller Sicherheits- und Qualitätsstandards
  • Elektrisch & mechanisch: Bedienung, Inspektion, Instandsetzung, Wartung, Installation, Inbetriebnahme und Störungssuche an den Produktionslinien.
  • Umgang mit den digitalen Bedienungs- und Erfassungssystemen (z.B. SAP)
  • Anwendung und Umsetzung der Arbeitssysteme (Lean Manufacturing)
  • Verantwortung für den technischen Zustand eines Produktionslinienbereiches (Feature-Ownership)
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Unterstützungsgruppen
  • Selbständige Identifikation und Behebung von Defekten (elektrisch & mechanisch)
  • Unterstützung bei Projekten und Testlauf-Aktivitäten
  • Durchführung von Wartungs- und Formatwechselarbeiten
  • Selbständiges Setzen von Prioritäten bei parallelen Aufgaben
  • Aktive Teilnahme am täglichen Priorisierungs-Prozess (z.B. Schichtübergabe)

VORAUSSETZUNGEN:

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Mechatroniker/-in, Energieanlagenelektroniker oder vergleichbare elektrische Ausbildung
  • Gute mechanische Kenntnisse
  • Erfahrungen im Bereich von Wartungsarbeiten (elektrisch & mechanisch)
  • Erweiterte Kenntnisse in der Programmierung von Steuerung- und Regelungstechnik (z.B. Allen Bradley, Siemens Simatic/SPS, etc.)
  • Hohe Selbständigkeit und Flexibilität
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Umfangreiche Computer-Kenntnisse
  • Gutes Kommunikationsvermögen
  • Interesse an technischen Problemstellungen zu arbeiten
  • Fähigkeit zur analytischen und systematischen Problemlösung
