Aufgaben:

  • Baustellenleitung für die Montage von Karosserierohbauanlagen im Werk beim Kunden sowie Verantwortung für die damit verbundene operative Umsetzung von Zielen (Kosten, Qualität, Zeit)
  • Ableitung einer Detailplanung aus dem Gesamtplan für den Montagebereich (Mechanik, Elektrik, IBN-Koordination, SPS-, Roboterprogrammierung, etc.)
  • Koordination und Überwachung aller auf der Baustelle durchzuführender Arbeiten
  • Technische Abklärungen innerhalb des Kernteams und mit dem Kunden
  • Leitung des Baustellenteams (Erstellung der Personaleinsatzpläne) sowie Verantwortung für die Einhaltung der Arbeitssicherheit auf der Baustelle

Voraussetzungen:

  • Abgeschl. technische Ausbildung (Werkmeister, Elektrotechnik, Mechanik, Mechatronik, Automatisierungstechnik, oÄ)
  • Berufserfahrung im Anlagenbau
  • Gute MS Office-Kenntnisse (Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.)
  • Flexible, proaktive und lösungsorientierte Persönlichkeit
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- & Englischkenntnisse, weitere Fremdsprachen von Vorteil
  • Hohe Reisebereitschaft (ca. 95%)

Gesetzliche Gehaltsangabe:

Für diese Position beträgt das kollektivvertragliche Jahresbruttogehalt ab € 47.546,94,--. Die tatsächliche Entlohnung hängt von Ihrer Berufserfahrung und Qualifikation ab und wird in einem gemeinsamen Gespräch festgelegt. On top beinhaltet diese Position aufgrund der hohen Reisebereitschaft ein zusätzliches attraktives Vergütungspaket.
