Die AVA Maschinen Service GmbH entwickelt, baut und betreut Maschinen und Anlagen für die Aerosol-Abfülltechnik – von Laborgeräten bis zu vollautomatischen Produktionsanlagen.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Mechatroniker / Industriemechaniker (m/w/d) für Montage, Inbetriebnahme und Service unserer Maschinen und Anlagen.

# Ihre Aufgaben

  • Montieren von Baugruppen bis hin zu kompletten Maschinen und Anlagen
  • Durchführung von Montage-, Inbetriebnahme- und Serviceeinsätzen
  • Aufbau und Instandsetzung pneumatischer Steuerungen
  • Installation von Sensoren, Initiatoren und Aktuatoren
  • Fehlersuche und Störungsbeseitigung an Maschinen
  • Erprobung von Maschinen und Baugruppen im Technikum
  • Anpassen und Modifizieren von Bauteilen

# Ihr Profil

  • Ausbildung als Mechatroniker, Industriemechaniker oder Elektroniker für Automatisierungstechnik
  • Erfahrung in der Montage von Maschinen oder Anlagen , idealerweise im Sondermaschinenbau
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Pneumatik
  • Erfahrung in der Fehlersuche an Maschinen und Anlagen
  • Sicheres Lesen technischer Zeichnungen und idealerweise Pneumatikplänen
  • Selbstständige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
  • Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Englischkenntnisse
  • Führerschein Klasse B
  • Reisebereitschaft für Serviceeinsätze ( ca. 10–20 % )
