Das werden Sie machen

  • Sicherstellung der ständigen Anlagenverfügbarkeit durch vorbeugende Instandhaltungs- und Wartungsarbeiten an Produktionsanlagen
  • Behebung und Analyse von Fehlern und Störungen an komplexen Anlagen, Bearbeitungszentren, Automationen und Betriebseinrichtungen
  • Umbau, Neuinstallation sowie Umrüstungen und Optimierungstätigkeiten für Produktionsanlagen
  • Elektrotechnische Installationsarbeiten in industriellem Umfeld
  • Begleitung bei der Inbetriebnahme von Maschinen und Anlagen, sowie wiederkehrende elektrotechnische Prüf- und Messaufgaben nach gesetzlichen Vorgaben

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Elektroniker (m/w/d), Mechatroniker (m/w/d) oder Quereinsteiger (m/w/d) aus anderen technischen Berufen
  • Erfahrung in der Wartung von Produktionsanlagen und betriebstechnischen Einrichtungen
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung im Umgang mit Frequenzumrichtern, Servoantrieben und sonstigen elektronischen Baugruppen
  • Kenntnisse in der Anwendung von CNC-Steuerungen (z. B. Sinumerik), Siemens SIMATIC STEP 7 (TIA Portal), Bus-Systemen und der Antriebstechnik
  • sehr gutes technisches Verständnis und die Fähigkeit zur analytischen Ergründung bzw. gezielten Behebung von Fehlern
  • Bereitschaft zur Schicht- und Wochenendarbeit
