Ihre Aufgaben

  • Planung und Durchführung präventiver Wartungs- und
  • Inspektionsmaßnahmen an komplexen Automatisierungs- und
  • Fertigungsanlagen
  • Systematische Ursachenanalyse sowie nachhaltige Behebung von
  • Störungen in den Bereichen Mechatronik, Sensorik und Pneumatik
  • Aktiv treibende Kraft bei der Implementierung technischer
  • Prozessverbesserungen und der Erhöhung der Gesamtanlageneffektivität
  • (OEE)
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung aller relevanten Prüfnormen sowie
  • lückenlose digitale Dokumentation der Instandhaltungshistorie
  • Enger fachlicher Austausch mit Produktion, KVP-Teams und externen
  • Service-Dienstleistern zur Vermeidung von Stillstandszeiten

Unsere Anforderungen

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Mechatroniker, Industriemechaniker,
  • Elektroniker Betriebstechnik oder vergleichbarer Abschluss
  • Stapler- und Kranschein wünschenswert
  • Kenntnisse in SPS-Steuerung, Pneumatik und Hydraulik wünschenswert
  • Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit und Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit
