Für unseren Kunden – ein traditionsreiches Familienunternehmen der Baustoffindustrie und ein führender deutscher Top-Hersteller von Tondachziegeln, Betondachsteinen und zukunftsweisenden Energiedächern – suchen wir im Rahmen der Arbeitnehmerüberlassung am Standort Dieburg eine motivierte Verstärkung für das Instandhaltungs-Team.

Aufgaben

  • Analyse, Diagnose und schnelle Beseitigung von Störungen im laufenden Produktionsbetrieb
  • Verdrahtung mechatronischer Geräte sowie Installation und Inbetriebnahme von Maschinen und Anlagen
  • Fehlersuche, Optimierung und Unterstützung bei der Analyse an SPS-Steuerungen
  • Erstellung von Schaltplänen und technische Dokumentation der Anlagenanpassungen
  • Planung, Vorbereitung und Durchführung von vorbeugenden Reparatur- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten

Anforderungen

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Mechatroniker, Elektroniker für Betriebstechnik (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Fundierte Erfahrung in der Wartung und Instandhaltung komplexer mechatronischer Systeme
  • Grundkenntnisse im Umgang mit gängigen SPS-Steuerungen
  • Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im 2-Schichtsystem (Früh- und Spätschicht)
  • Hohes Maß an Zuverlässigkeit, Eigenmotivation, Flexibilität und ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit
