Ihre Aufgaben

Maschinenmontage und technischer Aufbau

  • Mechanischer und mechatronischer Aufbau von Maschinen und Baugruppen nach Zeichnungen, Stücklisten und technischen Vorgaben
  • Montage und Zusammenbau von Einzelteilen, Komponenten und Baugruppen
  • Unterstützung bei der konstruktiven Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung von Maschinen und technischen Lösungen
  • Anpassung und Optimierung bestehender Konstruktionen in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Team
  • Durchführung von Funktionsprüfungen sowie Unterstützung bei der Inbetriebnahme
  • Fehlersuche und Behebung mechanischer und mechatronischer Probleme
  • Sicherstellung einer sauberen und qualitativ hochwertigen Montage

Die Tätigkeit findet an unserem Unternehmensstandort statt. Eine regelmäßige Reisetätigkeit ist nicht vorgesehen.

Lagerorganisation und Materialwirtschaft

  • Organisation und strukturierte Verwaltung des Lagers
  • Sicherstellung von Ordnung, Übersichtlichkeit und effizienten Abläufen
  • Kontrolle und Verwaltung von Material- und Teilebeständen
  • Bereitstellung und Kommissionierung von Bauteilen für die Maschinenmontage
  • Unterstützung bei Wareneingang und Warenausgang
  • Erkennen von Materialbedarf und Abstimmung mit den zuständigen Kollegen
  • Pflege und Weiterentwicklung einer sinnvollen Lagerstruktur
