Für unseren namhaften Auftraggeber in Cham suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Mechatroniker (m/w/d) .

### Ihr Aufgabengebiet

  • Rüsten, Einrichten und eigenverantwortlicher Betrieb von teils verketteten Fertigungsanlagen nach Vorgabe
  • Überwachung und Sicherstellung eines stabilen Produktionsablaufs hinsichtlich Qualität, Output und Terminen
  • Analyse, nachhaltige Behebung und Reparatur von Störungen im laufenden Prozess
  • Durchführung von Wartungsarbeiten sowie Qualitätsprüfungen inkl. Dokumentation in IT-Systemen (z. B. SAP / SAP QM)
  • Überwachung und Optimierung des Fertigungsprozesses
  • Aktive Mitarbeit bei Problemlösungen und kontinuierlicher Verbesserung (KVP, Shopfloor)
  • Einhaltung von Arbeitssicherheits-, Qualitäts- und Prozessvorgaben
  • Bereitstellung von Material für laufende und folgende Fertigungsaufträge
  • Weitergabe der gefertigten Teile an nachgelagerte Prozessschritte

### Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (z. B. Mechatroniker , Elektroniker m/w/d oder vergleichbar)
  • Erfahrung im Bedienen und Einrichten von Produktionsanlagen von Vorteil
  • Verständnis für Produktionsprozesse sowie Qualität und Dokumentation
  • Grundkenntnisse in IT-Systemen (z. B. Office, SAP oder Produktionssysteme)
  • Eigenverantwortliche und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie Teamfähigkeit
  • Bereitschaft zur aktiven Mitwirkung an Verbesserungen und Weiterentwicklung
  • Sehr gute Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im 3-Schichtbetrieb sowie Flexibilität in der Arbeitszeitgestaltung
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
