Du bist Mechatroniker und hast Erfahrung in der Messtechnik ? Du kennst dich mit Prüf- und Wärmebehandlungsanlagen aus und möchtest Verantwortung für deren Betrieb und Weiterentwicklung übernehmen?

### ⚙️ DEINE AUFGABEN

  • Kalibrierung der Prüf- und Wärmebehandlungsanlagen
  • Planung und Durchführung von Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten
  • Prozessüberwachung der Anlagen
  • Erstellen von Prüf- und Wärmebehandlungsprogrammen
  • Bestandsführung von Verschleiß- und Ersatzteilen
  • Troubleshooting an den Prüf- und Wärmebehandlungsanlagen
  • Durchführung und Dokumentation von Wärmebehandlungsversuchen
  • Erstellung und Pflege von Arbeitsanweisungen
  • Bedienerschulungen an den Prüf- und Wärmebehandlungsanlagen
  • Fehleranalyse, Fehlerbehebung und Einleitung von Korrekturmaßnahmen
  • Mitarbeit bei der Prozessoptimierung und Weiterentwicklung der Anlagen

### 👷 DAS BRINGST DU MIT

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Mechatroniker (m/w/d)
  • Erfahrung im Bereich Messtechnik
  • Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Mess- und Prüfsoftware
  • Grundkenntnisse in SPS-Programmierung und Messtechnik
  • Grundkenntnisse in Microsoft Office
  • Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Erfahrung in der Wärmebehandlung und Härtereitechnik
  • Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklungsabteilungen
  • Bereitschaft zu Dienstreisen bis zu 20 % der Arbeitszeit

### 🕐 DEINE ARBEITSZEITEN

  • Frühschicht: 06:00 – 14:00 Uhr
  • Spätschicht: 14:00 – 22:00 Uhr
