Mechatroniker (m/w/d) – Maschinenbedienung und Instandhaltung

Die Akzent Personaldienstleistungen GmbH – Niederlassung Gera sucht im Rahmen der Arbeitnehmerüberlassung für ein Kundenunternehmen aus dem Produktionsbereich einen Mechatroniker (m/w/d).

Es besteht eine langfristige Einsatzperspektive beim Kundenunternehmen.

  • Bedienung und Überwachung von Produktionsmaschinen und -anlagen
  • Durchführung von Wartungsarbeiten nach vorgegebenen Plänen
  • Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Produktionsablaufs
  • Analyse und Behebung von Störungen
  • Mitwirkung bei der Optimierung von Produktionsprozessen
  • Dokumentation der durchgeführten Arbeiten
  • Anforderungen
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Mechatroniker (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Technisches Verständnis und handwerkliches Geschick
  • Bereitschaft zur Einarbeitung in neue Aufgabenbereiche
  • Körperliche Belastbarkeit
  • Selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit
  • Deutschkenntnisse mindestens auf Niveau B1/B2
