Deine Aufgaben

  • Montage & Installation: Du baust komplexe mechatronische Systeme und mechanische Komponenten zu betriebsfertigen Maschinen zusammen.
  • Steuerungstechnik: Du verdrahtest Schaltschränke, schließt Leitungen an Steuereinheiten an und verlegst Pneumatik- sowie Hydraulikanschlüsse.
  • Inbetriebnahme: Du installierst die notwendige Software, spielst Steuerungsprogramme (z. B. KEB oder Siemens) auf und passt Parameter wie Motordrehzahlen oder Sensorsignale an.
  • Wartung & Instandhaltung: Du führst regelmäßige Checks durch, diagnostizierst Störungen in den Steuerungssystemen und tauschst defekte Bauteile aus.
  • Überwachung: Mithilfe von SPS-Programmen überwachst du Maschinenfunktionen und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Prozessablauf.

Dein Profil

  • Qualifikation: Eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Mechatroniker, Elektroniker für Automatisierungstechnik oder eine vergleichbare technische Qualifikation.
  • Fachwissen: Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Steuer- und Regelungstechnik sowie Sicherheit im Lesen von Schaltplänen und technischen Zeichnungen.
  • IT-Affinität: Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Software-Tools zur Maschinensteuerung und idealerweise Erfahrung mit MS-Office für die Dokumentation.
  • Arbeitsweise: Du arbeitest präzise, eigenverantwortlich und bringst die nötige Flexibilität für technische Herausforderungen mit.
  • Sprachen: Gute Deutschkenntnisse sind erforderlich; Grundkenntnisse in Englisch sind für technische Anleitungen von Vorteil.
