Die Hugo Miebach GmbH ist im Geschäftsbereich Schweißmaschinen – Sondermaschinenbau für Bandverbindungsschweißmaschinen mit Widerstands- und Lasertechnik – seit über 100 Jahren aktiv. Mit unseren Produkten sind wir weltweit Marktführer für Coilverbindungen in der Stahlindustrie. Mit ca. 330 Mitarbeitern werden am Standort Dortmund Schweißmaschinen für die Herstellung und Veredelung von Stahlbändern entwickelt, konstruiert und gefertigt.

Für die Abteilung „Vorfertigung“ suchen wir einen Mechatroniker (m/w/d) – für Reparaturen und Wartungen von Werkzeugmaschinen:

» Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Instandhaltung, Reparatur und Wartung von Werkzeugmaschinen (u.a. konventionelle und CNC)
  • Analyse und Behebung von mechanischen und elektrischen Störungen
  • Mitwirkung bei der Inbetriebnahme neuer Maschinen und Anlagen
  • Dokumentation der durchgeführten Wartungs- und Reparaturarbeiten
  • Einhaltung von Sicherheits-, Qualitäts- und Umweltvorschriften
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion und Servicetechniker

» Ihr Profil:

  • abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung, vorzugsweise Mechatroniker oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • umfangreiche Erfahrung in der Instandhaltung von Werkzeugmaschinen
  • Grundkenntnisse in Hydraulik und in Pneumatik wünschenswert
  • sicherer Umgang mit Mess- und Prüfmitteln
