The Job:

• 1. Prototype Design and Testing:** Responsible for prototyping new mechanical structures, testing material properties, and investigating various challenges in 3D printing technology.
• 2. System Analysis and Iteration:** Analyze, test, validate, and iterate electromechanical systems to ensure a smooth transition of designs from the prototyping phase to mass production.
• 3. Manufacturing Process Knowledge:** Possess knowledge of manufacturing processes such as machining fixtures/jigs, fixture design, injection molding, and die casting. Capable of designing parts that optimize cost while enhancing performance.
• 4. Critical Thinking: Exhibit a high degree of critical thinking ability to find problem-solving methods, logically analyze issues, interpret results, and draw correct conclusions or define actionable items.
• 5. Proactive Initiative: Demonstrate a strong action-oriented mindset, self-motivation, and a willingness to take initiative. Continuously learn and stay updated on industry trends beyond work duties, such as through reading materials or personal project practice.

You:

• 1. Experience in team management.
• 2. Proficiency in CAD software and experience with online design tools similar to Onshape or SolidWorks PDM.
• 3. Proficiency in modeling methods where the entire 3D model is driven by and automatically updated based on master sketch parameters.
• 4. Expertise in creating engineering drawings with adherence to standards for geometric dimensions and tolerances (GD&T).
• 5. Strong capability in creating detailed and precise process assembly drawings.
• 6. Proficiency in spoken English.
