• We’re hiring a Med Tech to provide exceptional care and oversight in our assisted living community. This position includes leadership responsibilities and hands-on resident care to ensure a safe, supportive, and respectful environment for our seniors.
• Key Responsibilities:

• •Provide direct care including assistance with bathing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and medication support
• •Support and train care staff; model best practices and reinforce policies
• •Monitor resident well-being, chart changes in electronic health records, and report to clinical leadership
• •Conduct safety checks, maintain secure facilities, and respond to emergencies
• •Assist with daily tasks such as meal service, laundry, light housekeeping, and activity engagement
• •Manage supplies, maintain medication cart audits, and complete shift-specific documentation (TAR, vitals, labs, etc.)
• •Participate in daily walk-throughs to ensure community readiness

Qualifications:

• •High school diploma or GED required; 1+ year experience in senior care preferred
• •Familiarity with dementia care and safe transfer techniques
• •Comfortable using computers and standard office equipment
• •Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for long periods
• •CPR/First Aid and medication assistance certifications preferred

• Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
• Pay: $16.00 - $21.00 per hour
• Expected hours: 24 – 32 per week

All Shifts Available:

• •First Shift- 7:00a-3:30p
• •Second Shift- 3:00p-11:30p
• •Third Shift- 11:00p-7:30a

Schedule:

• •8 hour shift
• •Holidays
• •Rotating weekends

Experience:

Medication administration: 1 year (Preferred)

Shift availability:

Night Shift (Preferred)

Ability to Commute:

Saline, MI 48176 (Preferred)
