What You'll Do

• •Administer medications safely and accurately
• •Assist residents with daily living activities, mobility, and personal care
• •Monitor resident well-being and report changes
• •Maintain accurate medication and care documentation
• •Deliver compassionate, resident-centered care

What We're Looking For

• •At least 1 year of medication administration experience required
• •At least 1 year of experience working in a senior living, assisted living, long-term care, or skilled nursing facility required
• •Strong communication and documentation skills
• •Ability to travel to Trinity Health Senior Communities locations throughout Southeast Michigan
• •Passion for providing exceptional care to older adults
