Was Dich erwartet

  • Du entwickelst kreative Konzepte und hochwertige Inhalte für unsere Marken - kanalübergreifend für Social Media, E-Commerce, Websites, Online-Marketing, Print und POS
  • Du planst, produzierst und schneidest professionelle Videoformate - von TV-Spots über Social-Media-Reels und TikToks bis hin zu Produkt- und Erklärvideos
  • Du setzt AI-gestützte Content-Produktionen um und nutzt generative KI für Bilder, Videos, Audio-Content, virtuelle Charaktere und weitere kreative Assets
  • Du testest kontinuierlich neue AI-Tools und entwickelst smarte Workflows, die unsere Content-Produktion effizienter und kreativer machen
  • Du bringst neue Ideen für Social-Media-Formate, Storytelling und visuelle Kommunikation ein und entwickelst unsere Markenauftritte stetig weiter
  • Du arbeitest eng mit Brand Management, E-Commerce, Trade Marketing und Media zusammen und setzt kanalübergreifende Kampagnen um
  • Du verantwortest unser Digital Asset Management und sorgst für eine konsistente Markenkommunikation über alle Kanäle hinweg

Wen wir suchen

  • Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung im Bereich Mediendesign, Kommunikationsdesign, Film, Motion Design, Fotografie, Digitale Medien oder einer ähnlichen Fachrichtung
  • Du verfügst über mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung in Content Creation, Videoproduktion oder Mediendesign
  • Du besitzt ein ausgeprägtes Gespür für Design, Typografie, Bildsprache und Markenkommunikation und hast eine Leidenschaft für modernes Storytelling
  • Du hast Erfahrung in Konzeption, Produktion und Postproduktion von Video-Content sowie im Umgang mit Kamera-, Licht- und Tontechnik
  • Du beherrschst die Adobe Creative Cloud sehr gut (insbesondere Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro und After Effects)
  • Du hast praktische Erfahrung mit modernen AI-Tools (z.B. Higgsfield, Midjourney, ElevenLabs oder vergleichbaren Anwendungen) und brennst dafür, neue Technologien auszuprobieren und in die Praxis zu bringen
  • Du arbeitest eigenverantwortlich, strukturiert und qualitätsbewusst, teilst Deine Ideen gerne im Team und verfügst über ein aussagekräftiges Portfolio aus Design-, Video- und idealerweise AI-gestützter Content-Produktion
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse runden Dein Profil ab
  • Pluspunkt: Du fühlst dich auch vor der Kamera wohl
