About the Role We're looking for an Administrative Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced commercial environment and enjoys being the person who keeps everything running smoothly. Supporting Tesco Media's Sales Team, you'll play a key role in ensuring media campaigns, bookings, contracts, reporting and invoicing processes are delivered accurately and on time. This is a fantastic opportunity to build broad exposure across a growing retail media business, working with a wide range of stakeholders while contributing directly to the success of client campaigns. What You'll Be Doing You'll provide vital operational and administrative support to the sales function, helping drive efficiency and excellence across campaign delivery.

Managing bookings, contracts, invoicing processes and routine system updates

Supporting media campaign pipeline management and sales administration activities

Assisting with audience creation, segmentation and campaign set-up requirements

Coordinating campaign measurement and reporting activity following campaign completion

Identifying opportunities to improve processes, ways of working and team efficiencies

What We're Looking For

You'll be highly organised, detail-oriented and motivated by delivering great service to internal stakeholders.

Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy when managing information and processes

Strong Microsoft Office capability, particularly across Excel and PowerPoint

Energy and enthusiasm for supporting a busy commercial team

Confident communication and relationship-building skills across multiple stakeholders

Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining high-quality delivery
