That’s the job – Your main tasks:

• •Lead digital transformation initiatives that integrate Real-World Evidence (RWE) and advanced analytics to demonstrate product value and enhance patient outcomes.
• •Develop and execute cohesive omnichannel engagement strategies that align Medical Affairs and Commercial teams for a seamless personalized experience for Healthcare Professionals (HCPs).
• •Utilize AI and advanced analytics to generate actionable insights, personalize scientific and promotional content and optimize customer engagement across all digital channels.
• •Architect and oversee the evolution of digital ecosystems, including HCP and patient portals to drive superior customer experience (CX) and scientific exchange.
• •Drive launch excellence by creating agile, data-driven content strategies that effectively communicate the product's value proposition to payers, providers and patients.

• •You thrive in dynamic environments and enjoy working collaboratively to align commercial and medical affairs digital strategies.

As the icing on the cake, you bring along

• •Fluency in other languages
• •Experience with GxP, regulatory compliance, and document management processes
• •Certifications in leading CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP CRM)
• •A background in consulting, project management, or business analysis within Life Sciences
