Medical Assistant

• Schedule: Full-Time | 4 days a week | 10 hour shifts | Mon - Friday & Saturday Rotation
• Compensation: Competitive, based on experience

At Grand Peaks Medical, our Medical Assistants play an important role in supporting providers and helping patients receive quality care. We are looking for a dependable, team-oriented individual who takes pride in their work and contributes to a positive patient experience. This full-time position supports daily clinic operations and requires flexibility to work at either our St. Anthony or Rexburg location based on clinic needs.

Job Duties:

• •Room patients and document vital signs and health information.
• •Assist providers with examinations and procedures.
• •Administer medications and injections as trained and authorized.
• •Perform laboratory tasks and collect specimens.
• •Communicate patient instructions, follow-up information, and test results.
• •Maintain exam rooms and supplies and support daily clinic operations.
• •Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• •High school diploma or equivalent
• •Medical Assistant training and/or clinical experience
• •Strong communication and organizational skills
• •Ability to pass a criminal background check
• •Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
