Perform intramuscular injections safely and accurately while monitoring patients for any adverse reactions.
Perform diagnostic X-rays in accordance with clinic protocols and safety standards (training provided).
Assist physicians and advanced care practitioners with patient care.
Prepare exam rooms and ensure infection control standards are maintained.
Support medication refills, prior authorizations, referrals, and patient recall efforts.

Welcome patients and guide them through check-in and registration processes.
Collect and verify demographic and insurance information in the EMR.
Schedule appointments, follow-ups, consults, and referrals.
Answer and manage incoming calls with empathy and professionalism.
Support outreach related to quality measures and follow-up care.
Maintain strong communication with clinical and administrative teams to ensure continuity of care.
Assist with opening/closing clinic procedures and general organization.
Team Collaboration & Launch Support
Rotate between clinical and coordination duties based on daily clinic needs.
Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to support cross-coverage.
Contribute to workflow optimization and continuous improvement efforts.
Serve as a positive representative of the clinic’s mission, vision, and values.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Current Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) is preferred.
BLS certification required
1+ year of experience in a medical assistant or patient-facing healthcare role.
Comfort navigating electronic medical records and scheduling systems.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
