We are seeking to add an experienced Full Time Medical Call Center/ Patient Service Representative to our PSR team in Reisterstown located at 120 Westminster Pike!

Our ideal candidate must be willing to work in a team environment, supporting multiple providers in a high volume medical call center environment. You must be willing to go above and beyond in providing customer service to our patients.

Shift: Monday – Friday 37.5 hours per week / You must be available to work a shift between 8:00 am - 6:00 pm

The Medical Call Center Patient Service Representative is the first point of contact and provides a professional, supportive, and nurturing experience for patients and visitors via telephone. The Medical Call Center Representative is responsible for answering all incoming phone calls for the healthcare provider, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance and documenting messages in the EMR system.

The Medical Call Center / Patient Service Representative must be detail oriented and possess the ability to multi-task to ensure that all company protocols are being performed efficiently and accurately.

The Medical Call Center/ Patient Service Representative will perform duties including but not limited to:

• •Identifying and quickly assessing the nature of calls and acting appropriately to provide prompt, professional service.
• •Scheduling appointments
• •Verifying insurance / resolving eligibility issues prior to a scheduled appointment.
• •Collecting co-pays, deductibles, and account balances (PRN basis)

• Requirements:
• •High School Diploma or G.E.D. (Required)
• •Medical Call Center experience is required
• •Basic arithmetic and money calculating skills.
• •Excellent patient care and customer service skills.
• •EMR skills are required .
