Southeast Community Animal Hospital is seeking a Medical Director (DVM) to lead our growing small animal practice in Greensboro, North Carolina. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced veterinarian who is passionate about mentorship, high-quality medicine, and building a collaborative hospital culture.
As Medical Director, you'll continue practicing medicine while helping guide clinical standards, support team development, and influence the future growth of the hospital.

Leadership Responsibilities
As a working Medical Director, you will:
Lead and support clinical excellence across the hospital
Develop and uphold medical protocols and standards of care
Mentor and coach veterinarians and support staff
Foster a positive, accountable, and collaborative culture
Partner with leadership to drive hospital growth and success

Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM or equivalent)
Licensed or eligible for veterinary licensure in North Carolina
3+ Years of Clinical Experience Preferred
