• About the Role
• Circadia Health is expanding its clinical delivery infrastructure and is establishing physician-owned professional corporations (PCs) in multiple states, supported by a management services organization (MSO). We are seeking experienced physicians to serve as the owner and President of one or more affiliated medical groups. This is a governance and clinical leadership role — not a full-time clinical position — with responsibility for clinical oversight, regulatory compliance, and professional supervision of an NP-led care model serving skilled nursing and home health patients.
