Description
We are a growing, fast-paced, physician-led practice looking for a full-time Medical Office Assistant to join our team. The right candidate thrives in a busy environment, enjoys helping others, and takes pride in delivering exceptional patient care and customer service.
In this role, you'll support both our clinical and administrative teams by:
- Preparing patient charts and documentation for appointments
- Rooming patients, obtaining vital signs, and assisting providers during office visits
- Entering information into the electronic health record (EHR)
- Answering phones and responding to patient communications
- Assisting with scheduling, referrals, laboratory tasks, and other office workflows
- Working collaboratively with providers and teammates to keep patients moving efficiently through their visit
This position requires regular travel to our satellite clinic locations to provide coverage and support as operational needs require.

Requirements
- One year of medical office or healthcare experience preferred
- Current CPR certification or ability to obtain upon hire
- Experience with EPIC and Microsoft Office is a plus
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable transportation and the ability to travel to satellite clinic locations as needed
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn
