Schedule: Full-Time, Temporary

Pay Range: $14 - $16/hr

The Position:

Mountain Land Physical Therapy, partner company of RPT, is hiring a friendly, detail-oriented Medical Receptionist to join our front office team. You’ll be the first point of contact for patients, which involves greeting visitors, answering calls, scheduling appointments, and keeping our clinic organized and running smoothly. This is a temporary , entry-level role with full training provided, making it a great fit for those new to healthcare administration as well as experienced front office professionals.

What You’ll Do:

  • Greet patients in a friendly, professional manner
  • Answer phone calls promptly and pleasantly
  • Schedule new and returning patients and maintain accurate records
  • Verify insurance benefits and obtain authorizations
  • Track visit counts and authorizations for therapists
  • Collect payments and explain clinic policies
  • Prepare, file, and maintain patient charts
  • Make appointment reminder calls
  • Assist with light cleaning and occasional aide work as assigned

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Basic computer and telephone skills
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Reliable and punctual
