The Medical Service Engineer for Radiometer is responsible for the installation, preventative maintenance and emergency repair of Radiometer Blood Gas and Immunoassay Analysers .

This position is part of the service department which is a field-based role. At Radiometer, our vision is to improve global healthcare with reliable, fast, and easy patient diagnoses.

You will be a part of the service team and report to a Team Leader. Ideally you will be located in the Southeast England / London area (UK), supporting this region and surrounding areas .

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

Provide top class service support to hospital Point of Care teams and Hospital clinicians

Manage your daily schedule whilst prioritising emergency calls

Make a real difference to hospital patients by supporting critical equipment

The essential requirements of the job include:

HNC / HND or equivalent in Electrical / Electronic discipline

Able to demonstrate a history of strong customer support / focus

Experience installing Windows and Software updates

Full UK Driving licence

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

Competent with MS Windows / Office and experience in basic networking

Attention to detail is a MUST

Experience in managing own workloads when working remotely
