Medication Technician- Full Time (3p-11p)

We are currently looking for a Medication Technician for The Barclay House of Augusta

Primary Responsibilities of the Medication Technician:

• •Reporting changes in the health and status of the resident and completing daily data sheets to record progress. Barclay House standards and state regulations.
• •Must understand and be able to provide explanation about the medication dosage/pharmacology when needed
• •Distribute prescribed medications to residents and maintain related medical records.
• •Assists with dining as needed or directed by leadership team.
• •Assists with activities to keep residents engaged and happy.

Requirements

• •Must have a caring heart and willingness to serve others
• •High School Diploma/GED Equivalent
• •Current Medication Technician License issued by the state
• •Current Certified Nursing Assistant License issued by the state
• •CPR/First Aid, preferred
• •Must be flexible and prepared to work a variety of shifts including weekends and holidays
• •Experience working with older adults preferred
