Wir kombinieren kreatives Storytelling mit modernster Technik (KI, High-End-Equipment), um unsere Kunden im digitalen Raum sichtbar zu machen. Bei uns triffst du auf flache Hierarchien, echte Mitgestaltungsmöglichkeiten und ein Team, das Bock auf Innovation hat.

Dein Aufgabenbereich

  • Video-Production: Du planst, drehst und schneidest hochwertigen Video-Content für Social Media (Reels, TikTok, LinkedIn) sowie Imagefilme.
  • Design & Kreation: Du gestaltest digitale Assets, Werbebanner und Print-Materialien im Einklang mit der Corporate Identity unserer Kunden.
  • Post-Production: Du beherrschst Color Grading, Sound Design und Motion Graphics (After Effects).
  • Konzeption: Du bringst eigene Ideen in die Content-Strategie ein und begleitest Projekte vom Storyboard bis zum finalen Export.

Dein Profil

  • Qualifikation: Ausbildung zum Mediengestalter Digital & Print, Studium im Bereich Medienproduktion/Design oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation durch ein starkes Portfolio ggf. auch Quereinsteiger mit Erfahrung
  • Tools: Sicherer Umgang mit der Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Mindset: Du hast ein Gespür für Trends, arbeitest eigenverantwortlich und liebst es, visuelle Geschichten zu erzählen.
  • Sprachen: Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift. Englisch-Kenntnisse wünschenswert.
