### Ihre Aufgaben

  • Erste Anlaufstelle für unsere Kunden rund um unsere Produkte und Druckdaten.
  • Sie beeindrucken mit Ihrer fachkundigen Beratung per Telefon, Chat sowie Mail und identifizieren, aufgrund Ihrer Erfahrung, neue Kundenanforderungen und -bedürfnisse.
  • Auch die Dokumentation von Kundenanfragen gehört zu Ihren täglichen Aufgaben.

### Ihr Profil

  • Sie verfügen über eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Mediengestalter (m/w/d) oder haben erste Erfahrung in der Drucktechnik.
  • Der Umgang mit Photoshop und InDesign ist für Sie ein Kinderspiel.
  • Der telefonische Kundenkontakt bereitet Ihnen Freude und Sie gehen durch dein empathisches Wesen gekonnt auf verschiedene Kundenwünsche ein.
  • Neben einer selbständigen und strukturierten Arbeitsweise, haben Sie auch eine gute mündliche und schriftliche Ausdrucksweise.
  • Darüber hinaus schätzen Sie die Teamarbeit und tragen aktiv zu einem harmonischen und produktiven Arbeitsumfeld bei.
