Ihre Tätigkeit umfasst

  • Konzeption, Gestaltung und dem Layout von Drucksachen (Digital und Offset) sowie Marketingmaterialien aller Art
  • digitale Druckproduktion (Flyer, Visitenkarten, Broschüren), Großformatdruck (Plakate, Roll Ups, Banner)
  • Gestaltung und Produktion von PKW- und Schaufensterbeschriftunge
  • Weiterverarbeitung von Drucksachen
  • Planung und Umsetzung von umfangreichen Gestaltungsprojekten auch in Kooperation mit berufsverwandten Einrichtungen (z.B. Werbe-, Architektur- und Planungsbüros)
  • persönliche und/oder telefonische und/oder elektronische Kundenbetreuung und Beratung
  • Abwicklung des operativen Tagesgeschäft in den Bereichen Grafik, Druck, Versand und Verpackung
  • administrative Aufgaben
  • Angebotserstellung und Kalkulation
  • Ressourcenplanung und Materialeinkauf
  • Rechnungsprüfung
  • Pflege von Kunden- und Lieferantendatenbanken
  • Entgegennahme und Abwicklung von Kundenreklamationen
  • Aktualisierung von Computern und technischen Geräten im Betrieb
