Wir beschäftigen 38 Mitarbeiter und bedienen Kunden aus Einzelhandel, Finanzen, Behörden und Industrie – in Deutschland und ganz Europa. Unser Spektrum reicht von Visitenkarten bis hin zu komplexen Outsourcing-Projekten. Wir setzen auf modernste Verfahren im Rollen- und Bogenoffsetdruck sowie im Digitaldruck.

### IHRE AUFGABEN

  • Einrichten, Rüsten und Bedienen unserer Bogenoffset- (MAN Roland) und Rollenoffsetdruckmaschine (Drent Vision, 5 Farben UV)
  • Überwachen des Druckprozesses inkl. Farbführung, Registergenauigkeit und Druckqualität
  • Durchführen von Makulaturminimierung und Druckvorbereitung (Plattenwechsel, Farbwerk, Feuchtwerk)
  • Qualitätskontrolle
  • Fehleranalyse und Behebung von Störungen im Druckprozess
  • Durchführen von Wartungs- und Reinigungsarbeiten an den Maschinen
  • Einhaltung von Produktionsstandards und Termintreue

### IHR PROFIL

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Medientechnologen Offset-Druck oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Bogenoffsetdruck und/oder Rollenoffsetdruck
  • Kenntnisse in Farb- und Qualitätsmanagement von Vorteil
  • Technisches Verständnis und sicherer Umgang mit modernen Druckmaschinen und Messmitteln
  • Bereitschaft zu gelegentlicher Schichtarbeit nach Bedarf
  • Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft, Zuverlässigkeit und Teamfähigkeit
  • Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und qualitätsbewusste Arbeitsweise
