Wir suchen zur Verstärkung unseres Teams eine motivierte und erfahrene Persönlichkeit, die mit Präzision und Herzblut den Labor- und Behandlungsbereich unserer Ordination unterstützt.   • Ihr Aufgabenbereich:
  • Diagnostik: Selbstständige Durchführung von EKG-Untersuchungen und CRP-Schnelltests.
  • Infusionsmanagement: Fachgerechte Vorbereitung und das Anlegen von Infusionen.
  • Administration: Abrechnung der erbrachten Leistungen sowie Dokumentation über das System Innomed.
  • Labororganisation: Blutabnahmen, Probenvorbereitung und allgemeine Labortätigkeiten.
  • Das bringen Sie mit:
  • Erfahrung: Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung (z. B. als Ordinationsassistenz, Pflegeassistenz oder Laborassistenz) sowie fundierte Berufserfahrung.
  • IT-Kenntnisse: Sicherer Umgang mit der Software Innomed ist Voraussetzung.
  • Körperliche Belastbarkeit: Da die Tätigkeit im Labor viel Dynamik erfordert, ist eine gute körperliche Verfassung (Fähigkeit zu längerem Stehen) wichtig.
  • Persönlichkeit: Sie sind freundlich im Umgang mit Patient:innen, arbeiten strukturiert und behalten auch an gut besuchten Tagen den Überblick.
  • Was wir Ihnen bieten:
  • Flexibilität: Ein fixes Stundenausmaß zwischen 20 und 30 Stunden, je nach Vereinbarung.
  • Teamgeist: Ein eingespieltes, kollegiales Team und eine angenehme Arbeitsatmosphäre.
  • Sicherheit: Ein langfristiges Anstellungsverhältnis in einer modern ausgestatteten Ordination.
  • Bezahlung: Die Entlohnung erfolgt nach Vereinbarung (orientiert an Ihrer Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung).

Das Mindestbruttogehalt beträgt 2.300,- Euro pro Monat auf Basis Vollzeit. Eine Überzahlung ist je nach Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung möglich.
