Medizinische Fachangestellte in Teilzeit (m/w/d)

Zum 01.01.2027 suchen wir eine Medizinische Fachangestellte (m/w/d) in Teilzeit (24Std/Woche, Mo-Do 8:30-13:00 Uhr, Fr 08:30-14:30 Uhr) für die Verwaltung unserer Tagesklinik und Institutsambulanz.

Der Aufgabenbereich umfasst unter anderem die Patientenverwaltung, Terminorganisation, Telefonkommunikation und den Schriftverkehr in unserer Tagesklinik und Institutsambulanz. Voraussetzung sind Berufserfahrung in einer Arztpraxis oder einem Krankenhaus sowie gute Kenntnisse in MS Office (Word, Excel und Outlook). Sie haben Freude am Umgang mit Menschen, arbeiten zuverlässig und behalten auch in herausfordernden Situationen den Überblick. Eine freundliche und zugewandte Art sowie Teamfähigkeit zeichnen Sie aus.

Es erwartet Sie eine verantwortungsvolle und abwechslungsreiche Tätigkeit in einem engagierten und kollegialen Team, in dem gegenseitige Unterstützung und Wertschätzung selbstverständlich sind.

Die Vergütung erfolgt nach BAT-KF. Zusätzlich bieten wir eine betriebliche Zusatzversorgung sowie die Möglichkeit, ein Jobticket zu beziehen.
