Wir sind eine Praxisgemeinschaft am St. Josef Krankenhaus in Viernheim – zwei Gastroenterologen und ein Kardiologe/Pneumologe. Ab sofort suchen wir eine Medizinische Fachangestellte (m/w/d) für die klassischen Aufgaben der Praxisorganisation und Patientenversorgung.

Ihre Aufgaben

Patientenempfang, Telefon und Terminkoordination
Vorbereitung und Betreuung der Sprechstunde, Patientenaufnahme, Dokumentation
Blutentnahmen, Laborvorbereitung, EKG
Lungenfunktionsuntersuchungen (Spirometrie, Bodyplethysmographie) und Spiroergometrien
Abrechnung nach EBM und GOÄ
allgemeine Praxisorganisation und Materialverwaltung

Ihr Profil

abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Medizinische Fachangestellte (m/w/d) oder Arzthelferin (m/w/d)
alternativ: Pflegefachkraft mit Interesse an einer Tätigkeit im ambulanten Bereich
freundlicher, verbindlicher Umgang mit Patientinnen und Patienten
Sorgfalt bei Dokumentation und Abrechnung
gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Vorerfahrung in der Lungenfunktionsdiagnostik ist von Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung – wir arbeiten Sie in alle Untersuchungsverfahren vollständig und strukturiert ein. Auch ein Wiedereinstieg nach längerer Berufspause ist möglich.

Wir bieten

unbefristete Anstellung in Vollzeit (38,5 Std./Woche) oder Teilzeit
Teilzeit vorzugsweise mit Nachmittagsschwerpunkt
Vergütung von 3.100 bis 3.450 € brutto monatlich bei Vollzeit, je nach Berufserfahrung und Qualifikation (Teilzeit anteilig)
keine Wochenend-, Nacht- oder Bereitschaftsdienste
feste, planbare Arbeitszeiten
vollständige Kostenübernahme für Fortbildungen einschließlich Freistellung
bei Interesse Weiterqualifikation im Bereich Onkologie mit entsprechender tariflicher Höhergruppierung
kleines Team, kurze Entscheidungswege, direkter Kontakt zu den Ärzten
gute Erreichbarkeit aus Mannheim, Weinheim, Lampertheim und dem gesamten Rhein-Neckar-Raum
